Tatsumi

We sell river fish that are raised and managed entirely in-house (except for some species), from egg collection onward, at our own aquaculture facility nourished by the rich spring water flowing from the Northern Alps. A processing facility has been built within the premises of the ponds to allow immediate handling of the fish right after they are harvested.
