At the Ogiso Flour Mill, flour and noodles are self-produced and noodles using 80% buckwheat flour are sold at a reasonable price. There’s also a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, Atchan, which offers seafood directly delivered from Toyosu Market in Tokyo, and a convenient catering service for events.
